Our guesthouse with infrared sauna is situated in the most beautiful part of Bükkszentkereszt, on Napsugár road, in a small fairy-tale village surrounded by the Bükk plateau forests, 10 km from Lillafüred. The completely renovated, air-conditioned, heated, winterized wooden house awaits those who want to relax throughout the year.
In the summer there are plenty of opportunities for excursions and in the winter you can enjoy the unforgettable experience of the toboggan and ski slopes in our immediate neighborhood. Here you definitely don't have to worry about neighbors arguing or cars driving by. Turn off your mobile phone, leave your tablet at home and enjoy nature’s tranquility! 😊
The heated wooden house can accommodate a maximum of 8-9 people.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and the two small rooms in the attic can conveniently accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor there is a room with a separate entrance and a washroom, which provides pleasant relaxation for 2-3 people.
The wooden house has a modern kitchen-dining room with new kitchen utensils and furniture and a bathroom with a shower.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for 8 guests, where you can cook: it has a built-in ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, set of plates, glasses (coffee cups, water and beer glasses), cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. In the garden there’s a fire pit, where you can put on a kettle or grill (we provide a kettle, grill, skewers, wood).
In cold weather, the infrared sauna provides a pleasant experience
The terrace provides incredible tranquility and a beautiful view of the 700 m² garden surrounded by pine trees. We treat the children with a garden sandpit, swing, foosball, darts, Lego, ping-pong, building blocks and toys (under continuous development) and sauna.
Important information: we rent out the entire guesthouse for a minimum of 2 nights for 2 people, but we try to handle all needs flexibly, so feel free to contact us.
The house is self-catering, with meals available in nearby restaurants.
Pets are not allowed.
Bükkszentkreszt and its surroundings
We can choose from many options: we can walk to the healingstones, to the surrounding lookout point or to Bácsi Gyuri's herb garden, wecan visit Diósgyőr Castle, the recently opened Bükki Csillagda, we can hike toLillafüred, we can take the light railway or the cable car, then we can enjoythe Anna cave and the veil waterfall. If it's already very hot, theMiskolctapolca cave bath is open.
And for adrenaline junkies, we recommend the Adventure andAdventure Park in Lillafüred. And in winter, the ski and toboggan run 100meters away is a real adrenaline rush for those relaxing here.
